About the Founder
Jolaine Elien
Jolaine Elien is a seasoned nonprofit executive and operations leader with over 15 years of experience strengthening organizations from the inside out. Throughout her career, Jolaine has consistently operated at the intersection of strategy and execution, holding senior leadership roles and leading cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, facilities, compliance, and governance. Her work has included organizational mergers, infrastructure rebuilds, board partnerships, enterprise risk management, and multi-year strategic planning.
Jolaine began her career at a global professional services firm and later held leadership roles in both nonprofit and private-sector environments, giving her a pragmatic, system-oriented approach to problem-solving and organizational design. She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte. Jolaine is deeply engaged in civic leadership and board service, with a strong commitment to equitable, community-centered impact.
